Terms & Conditions

  1. We do not take returns or give refunds. 
  2. We take size exchanges within 7 days of delivery to the client.
    Client has to bear an amount of 150/- for size exchange (2 way standard charge by our logistic partner).And, 75/- for fixations (1 way standard charge by our logistic partner)
    Courier charges : 75/- PAN INDIA (under / within 50g)
    Please be advised that additional courier charges will apply if the total weight of your parcel exceeds 50g.
    Please look into the size chart as we take exchanges just once.
    Please keep the shipment packed for our logistics partner to pick from your address.
    We take exchange payments via Gpay or bank transfer (over direct message on Instagram/ WhatsApp).
    Tracking details shall be sent via direct message / WhatsApp to the client post payment. 
    Please note : incase the amount varies due to weight difference, location or mode, the client will be notified and would have to bare the same.
  3. Since our jewellery is handcrafted, we therefore keep a minimal stock. Please be patient if your desired jewellery piece/ pieces is out of stock. It usually takes us 24 hours for us to ship the orders. Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 days depending on the Pin code. There may be delays due to the festive season, public holidays, natural calamities, social/political events. Please note we take no responsibility for delays caused by the Courier Company.
  4. Our jewellery is Hypoallergenic, that means it doesn't cause allergies or harms the skin as it is pure brass. If you have a medical or skin condition kindly consult your doctor before purchasing. 
  5. We do not plate or apply any chemicals on our jewellery pieces, our jewellery is handcrafted out of pure brass.
  6. We take bulk and custom orders for which you need to send us an email with "BULK" or "CUSTOM" as Subject on joas.enquiry@gmail.com
